For the full year 2025, Besqab's net sales amounted to SEK 2,823 million, which represents an increase of 26% compared to 2024 (2,241 million). Gross profit increased to SEK 456 million with a gross margin of 16.1%, and operating profit landed at SEK 244 million with an operating margin of 8.6%, compared to a margin of 7.0% in the previous year. Profit for the period amounted to SEK 239.9 million and earnings per share increased to SEK 1.47 (0.44).
In the fourth and final quarter of the year, the company showed particularly strong development with net sales of SEK 978.6 million (784.3), a gross margin of 17.4% (16.3) and an operating margin of 13.2% (8.3), confirming a positive operating trend towards the end of the year.
Production activity remained high. At period end, 1,666 homes were in ongoing production, 236 of which were started in the fourth quarter. During the year, a total of 505 homes were sold, including 114 in the last quarter. 62% of homes in ongoing production were sold or booked at period end, and only five completed homes were unsold.
