Pär Warnström new CEO of Skirner AB

Skirner announces that the company has appointed Pär Warnström as its new CEO. Pär takes up the role after several successful years at Novax, where he played a key role in developing, supporting and building long-term value-creating companies. The recruitment marks the start of a new phase in Skirner's development, focusing on continued growth, strengthened business acumen and strategic renewal, with an increased focus on majority-owned movements alongside the public holdings.

Pär has a solid background in entrepreneurship, operational leadership and investment. At Novax, part of the Axel Johnson Group, he has been responsible for companies in both services, industry and consumer markets. Pär also has experience of working closely with entrepreneurs and management teams, with a combination of strategic thinking and operational abilities.
