Sweco to report for the fourth quarter and full year 2025

Sweco AB, of which Skirner AB is one of the main owners, today published its report for the fourth quarter and thus the full year 2025. Sweco ends the year strongly with a 5.5% increase in sales and an EBITA margin of 11.5%

In the last quarter of 2025, net sales increased to SEK 8,548 million, compared to SEK 8,100 million in the same period last year. Adjusted for calendar effects, EBITA increased by 7% to SEK 979 million, representing a margin of 11.5%.

For the full year 2025, Sweco reports an increase in net sales to SEK 31,586 million, from SEK 30,676 million in 2024. EBITA for the full year increased to SEK 3,332 million with an EBITA margin of 10.5%, demonstrating improved profitability and stable operational development during the year. The Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 3.70 per share, an increase compared to the previous year.

Sweco also continued to pursue its long-term growth strategy through acquisition activity, with the company completing 13 acquisitions in 2025 that add approximately SEK 2.1 billion in annual sales and over 1,500 experts to the business.
