Experience
Pär started at Skirner in December 2025. Prior to that, he was Senior Director at Axel Johnson's investment company Novax, responsible for the Future Food business area and strategy and organisational development. Previously, Pär has held senior positions, including Strategy and Transformation Director at Volvo Cars and Investment Manager and Business Development Manager at Volati.
Education
Pär holds a master's degree in economics from Stockholm School of Economics.

Skirner is the principal owner and co-founder of Sweco AB, Europe's leading consulting firm in engineering and architecture with 23,000 employees and sales of SEK 31.5 billion.

The family's and Skirner's ownership in the present Sweco dates back to 1958. The SWECO share is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
