Through the wholly owned subsidiary Husa Skog AB, Skirner owns land and forest properties with a total area of approximately 4,500 hectares. The holdings include productive forest land, agricultural land and natural areas managed with a long-term and sustainable perspective.
According to the Environmental Code, Husa Skog AB has been granted permission to restore Lake Helgösjön with the aim of recreating part of the former lake surface. The project is an example of how Skirner combines responsible land ownership with active environmental efforts to protect biodiversity and cultural landscapes.
The forestry and agricultural activities form an important part of Skirner's long-term asset base and reflect the family's deep roots in Swedish land and property management.

The family's and Skirner's ownership in the present Sweco dates back to 1958. The SWECO share is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
