
Investment AB Latour is a mixed investment company consisting of a wholly owned industrial business and a portfolio of publicly traded holdings in which Latour is the main shareholder or one of the main owners. The overall business idea is to invest long-term in companies with their own products and brands, great development potential and good prospects for internationalization.
The Group's wholly owned industrial companies have sales of over SEK 28 billion and employ more than 10,000 employees. Among the listed portfolio companies are Sweco, Assa Abloy, Securitas, Fagerhult and HMS Networks. Latour shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap.
Latour was founded in 1984 and is controlled by the Douglas family. The company is based in Gothenburg and is the third largest investment company on the Stockholm Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of approximately SEK 150 billion.
